Ingredients for Coconut Lemon Ice Cream Recipe

  • Vanilla ice cream 1/2 packet

  • Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup

  • Coconut milk powder 200 grams

  • Lemon rind finely chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup

  • Sweet condensed milk 200 grams

Method

Step 1

Put the ice cream in a bowl. Add lemon rind, lemon juice, desiccated coconut and coconut milk powder and mix everything well.

Step 2

Add condensed milk and mix well.

Step 3

Pour into a silicon mould, cover and keep it in the freezer to set.

Step 4

Serve in scoops.
