Ingredients list for Coconut Lassi

  • 1 Tender coconut
  • 3 cups Yogurt
  • Malai of 1 tender coconut
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Few drops of rose water
  • as required Ice


  1. Slice top part of the coconut and pour its water into a mixer jar. Scoop the malai and add to the jar. Reserve the coconut shell.
  2. Add yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, rose water and ice to the mixer jar and blend into a lassi.
  3. Pour lassi into tall glasses and the reserved coconut shell.
  4. Serve chilled.
