Ingredients list for Coconut Lassi
- 1 Tender coconut
- 3 cups Yogurt
- Malai of 1 tender coconut
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Few drops of rose water
- as required Ice
Method
- Slice top part of the coconut and pour its water into a mixer jar. Scoop the malai and add to the jar. Reserve the coconut shell.
- Add yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, rose water and ice to the mixer jar and blend into a lassi.
- Pour lassi into tall glasses and the reserved coconut shell.
- Serve chilled.
