Ingredients list for Citrus Tea Punch
- 1 Orange
- 2 Tea bags
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tin Pineapple-orange juice
- 1 Lemon thinly sliced
- 8 tablespoons Sugar
- 10 Strawberries
- as required Ice cubes
Method
- Boil 2 cups water in a deep non stick pan. Put a tea bag in it and let it infuse. Add 4 tbsps sugar and stir till it dissolves. Discard the tea bag, pour into a large bowl and let it cool.
- Hull strawberries and chop them roughly. Halve orange and cut into thin slices. Peel 3-4 slices and chop them roughly.Add lemon juice and the chopped fruits to the tea decoction and mix.
- Half fill tall serving glasses with ice cubes, pour the tea decoction with fruits into the glasses. Fill up the glasses with pineapple-orange juice. Decorate the rim with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
