Ingredients list for Choti Kabab

  • 250 grams Mutton Mince
  • 1/2 teaspoon Gram flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup Fresh bread crumbs
  • to taste Salt
  • 6 tablespoons Gram flour (besan)
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients except besan and oil to mutton mince and mix thoroughly.
  2. Make a not too thick batter of besan, a pinch of red chilli powder and salt with water. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Make marble sized balls of the mince mixture, dip in the besan batter and drop into hot oil.
  3. Deep fry till golden. Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve hot.
