Ingredients list for Choti Kabab
- 250 grams Mutton Mince
- 1/2 teaspoon Gram flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 2 medium Onions
- 1/2 teaspoon Green chilli paste
- 1 tablespoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup Fresh bread crumbs
- to taste Salt
- 6 tablespoons Gram flour (besan)
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Add all the ingredients except besan and oil to mutton mince and mix thoroughly.
- Make a not too thick batter of besan, a pinch of red chilli powder and salt with water. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Make marble sized balls of the mince mixture, dip in the besan batter and drop into hot oil.
- Deep fry till golden. Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve hot.
