Ingredients list for Chokha
- 1 Large brinjal
- 1 1/2 Medium onions
- 1-2 Garlic cloves
- 4-5 Green chillies
- 2 Medium potatoes boiled and peeled
- to taste Salt
- 2-3 teaspoons Mustard oil
Method
- Roast brinjal on direct heat till the brinjal gets cooked and the skin charred.
- Finely chop onions, garlic and green chillies. Put potatoes in a bowl and mash with your fingers.
- Peel the roasted brinjal and mash along with the potatoes.
- Add onion, garlic, green chillies, salt and mustard oil and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with litti.
