Ingredients
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
- 1 cup grated processed cheese
- 8 white bread slices
- Butter as required
- Chocolate vermicelli for sprinkling
- Colourful vermicelli for sprinkling
Method
- Heat a non-stick tawa.
- Apply some butter on half the bread slices, sprinkle some cheese on top and drizzle some chocolate syrup over it. Cover with the remaining bread slices and apply some more butter on top.
- Transfer the sandwiches, one at a time, onto the hot tawa and toast, turning sides, till evenly golden and crisp on both sides.
- Cut each sandwich into half and place them on a serving platter. Drizzle some more chocolate syrup, sprinkle chocolate and colourful vermicelli and serve hot.
