Ingredients list for Chocolate Truffles
- 500 grams Dark Chocolate chopped
- 250 millilitres Cocoa Powder
- 60 grams Butter
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Pistachios chopped
Method
- Heat cream in a deep non stick pan.
- Place dark chocolate in a bowl and pour the hot cream over it. Stir till the chocolate melts.
- Melt butter and add and mix well. Keep the bowl in microwave for a minute, take it out and stir again to make a smooth mixture.
- Add honey and mix. Add kahlua and mix well. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for ½ hour.

- Take the bowl out of the refrigerator and shape the mixture into small balls.
