Ingredients list for Chocolate Truffles
- 250 grams Dark Chocolate chopped
- 125 millilitre Cream
- 25 grams Butter
- as required Oil
- 50 grams Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Hazelnuts crushed
Method
- Heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add butter, mix well and bring to a boil.
- Add the cream mixture to the chocolate. Mix well till the chocolate melts completely. Refrigerate this mixture for 2 hours.
- Apply little oil on your palms and divide the chocolate mixture into equal portions shaped into small balls.
- Dip some of the balls in cocoa powder and some in crushed hazelnuts and coat well. Refrigerate for ½ an hour. These are truffles.
- Serve.
