Ingredients list for Chocolate Truffles

  • 250 grams Dark Chocolate chopped
  • 125 millilitre Cream
  • 25 grams Butter
  • as required Oil
  • 50 grams Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts crushed


  1. Heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add butter, mix well and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the cream mixture to the chocolate. Mix well till the chocolate melts completely. Refrigerate this mixture for 2 hours.
  3. Apply little oil on your palms and divide the chocolate mixture into equal portions shaped into small balls.
  4. Dip some of the balls in cocoa powder and some in crushed hazelnuts and coat well. Refrigerate for ½ an hour. These are truffles.
  5. Serve.
