Ingredients list for Chocolate Pots
- 200 grams Dark chocolate
- 700 grams silken tofu
- 160 millilitres Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- teaspoon Vanilla essence ½
- 1 tablespoon Rum dark
- Chilli flakes dried
- a pinch Sea salt
Method
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and stir till smooth.
- Line a medium bowl with a clean tea towel. Add the tofu, bunch up the tea towel and squeeze out the excess moisture into the bowl.
- Blend together the tofu, maple syrup, lemon zest, vanilla essence, dark rum, chilli flakes and sea salt into a smooth mixture. Add the chocolate till well combined.
- Divide the mixture into eight individual shot glasses and refrigerate for fifteen minutes.
- Serve chilled.
