Ingredients list for Chocolate Peda
- ½ cup Dark chocolate grated
- 2 cups Mawa (khoya) crumbled
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Liquid glucose
- 8 Cashewnuts halved horizontally
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add the mawa and sugar and sauté on low heat, stirring continuously, for fifteen minutes. Transfer into a bowl.
- Add the liquid glucose and chocolate and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- When the mixture cools, divide into twelve equal portions and shape into balls and arrange on a serving platter.
- Decorate with cashew nuts and serve.
