Chocolate Peda Chocolate lends its wonderful flavour, colour and taste to anything it is added too including pedas. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Dec 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Dark chocolate, Mawa (khoya) Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 51-60 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Peda ½ cup Dark chocolate grated 2 cups Mawa (khoya) crumbled ¼ cup Sugar ¼ teaspoon Liquid glucose 8 Cashewnuts halved horizontally Method Heat a non-stick pan, add the mawa and sugar and sauté on low heat, stirring continuously, for fifteen minutes. Transfer into a bowl. Add the liquid glucose and chocolate and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. When the mixture cools, divide into twelve equal portions and shape into balls and arrange on a serving platter.
