Chocolate Peda

Ingredients list for Chocolate Peda

  • ½ cup Dark chocolate grated
  • 2 cups Mawa (khoya) crumbled
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Liquid glucose
  • 8 Cashewnuts halved horizontally

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add the mawa and sugar and sauté on low heat, stirring continuously, for fifteen minutes. Transfer into a bowl.
  2. Add the liquid glucose and chocolate and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. When the mixture cools, divide into twelve equal portions and shape into balls and arrange on a serving platter.
  4. Decorate with cashew nuts and serve.
