Ingredients list for Chocolate Nut Bar

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Mixed nuts , chopped
  • 1 tbsp + for greasing Butter
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Isabgol
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Honey

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add brown sugar, mix well and add rolled oats. Toss the mixture well and transfer into a large bowl.
  2. Add mixed nuts to the same pan and toast for a few minutes. Add to the same bowl.
  3. Add chocolate chips, isabgol and honey and mix well.
  4. Transfer this mixture into a greased baking tray and spread evenly. Press to even out the top and refrigerate till set.
  5. Cut into bars and serve.
