Ingredients for Chocolate Liqueur Shake Recipe

  • Chocolate syrup 4 tablespoons

  • Almonds 10

  • Green cardamoms 3-4

  • Instant coffee powder 1 teaspoon

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Swiss chocolate liqueur 3-4 tablespoons

  • Whipping cream 1 cup


Step 1

Heat three to four tablespoons of water in a pan and add instant coffee. Crush cardamoms and add to the coffee and strain the mixture. Cool.

Step 2

Blanch almonds in half a cup of hot water for five minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop half of them and cut the remaining into slivers.

Step 3

Add chocolate sauce, milk, a little vanilla ice cream and ice to the coffee decoction and blend.Add Swiss chocolate liqueur, remaining vanilla ice cream and mix well.

Step 4

Pour into a glass so that it is half full. Add chopped almonds.

Step 5

Add sweetened fresh cream, garnish with almond slivers and serve.
