Ingredients list for Chocolate Lassi
- 4 cups Yogurt
- 10 Chocolate
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
- for garnish Dark chocolate biscuits crushed
Method
- Place the yogurt in a mixer jar. Add chocolate balls and sugar and blend till smooth.
- Spread 1 tbsp dark chocolate syrup on the insides of each of 4 glasses.
- Pour the lassi in them and garnish with crushed dark chocolate biscuits and some crushed chocolate balls. Serve chilled.
