Melt butter and 180 gms dark chocolate in a double boiler and whisk well. Sift together refined flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt into a bowl. Melt 125 gms dark chocolate separately in a double boiler. Add sugar to butter-chocolate mixture and mix well. Add ½ the sifted ingredients and mix well. Break 1 egg and add and mix well. Add remaining sifted ingredients and mix well. Break remaining egg and add and mix well. Add cream to 125 gms melted chocolate and mix well. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature Place a silicon sheet on a baking tray. Pour chocolate-butter mixture in a piping bag and pipe out small cookie shaped portions on the sheet. Place the tray in preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Take one cookie and pipe a portion of chocolate-cream mixture over it. Cover with another cookie to make a sandwich. Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
