Ingredients list for Chocolate Chilli Truffles
- 2 cups White chocolate , chopped
- 1 teaspoon Fresh red chillies, , finely chopped
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- for coating Colourful sprinklers
- for coating Pistachios , crushed
- for coating Desiccated coconut
Method
- To prepare chocolate chilli ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add chillies, mix and bring to boil.
- Transfer the hot cream into a bowl, add white chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes or till set.
- Take colourful sprinklers, pistachios and desiccated coconut in separate bowls.
- Divide the chocolate chilli ganache into equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Coat few portions in colorful sprinklers, pistachios and desiccated coconut and shape into balls.
- Arrange these truffles on a serving platter and serve.
