By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chocolate, Cashewnuts Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Chocolate Cashew Rocks 1/2 kilograms Chocolate semisweet 300 grams Cashewnuts roasted and halved 200 millilitres Condensed milk sweetened 50 grams Butter Method Advertisment Break the chocolate in small pieces and melt in a double boiler. Add a tablespoon of milk if required. Remove from heat, add in the condensed milk and butter and mix well with a whisk. Keep whisking till the chocolate cools to room temperature but should be still in liquid form. Add the split cashew nuts and mix well. Put small portions of this on a wax paper and let it set at room temperature. When hard enough remove and wrap in coloured foil and store in a cool place.
