Ingredients list for Chocolate Cashew Rocks

  • 1/2 kilograms Chocolate semisweet
  • 300 grams Cashewnuts roasted and halved
  • 200 millilitres Condensed milk sweetened
  • 50 grams Butter

Method

  1. Break the chocolate in small pieces and melt in a double boiler. Add a tablespoon of milk if required.
  2. Remove from heat, add in the condensed milk and butter and mix well with a whisk. Keep whisking till the chocolate cools to room temperature but should be still in liquid form.
  3. Add the split cashew nuts and mix well. Put small portions of this on a wax paper and let it set at room temperature.
  4. When hard enough remove and wrap in coloured foil and store in a cool place.
