Chocolate Banoffee Balls A wonderful mixture of chocolate and ripe banana with digestive biscuits shaped into balls and served drizzled with toffee sauce. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Feb 2017 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Dark chocolate, Ripe banana Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Banoffee Balls 1 cup Dark chocolate melted 1 Ripe banana 1½ cup Digestive biscuits finely crushed Toffee sauce ½ cup Sugar ¼ cup Fresh cream 1 tablespoon Butter Method To make toffee sauce, heat a non-stick pan. Add sugar and let it melt, stirring once in a while. Add cream and mix well. Add butter and keep mixing till it melts. Transfer into a bowl. Peel and place the banana in another bowl and mash. Reserve some crushed biscuits and add the rest to the banana and mix well. Reserve some toffee sauce, add remaining to the banana mixture and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them into medium sized balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Coat the balls with the melted chocolate and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
