Ingredients list for Chickoo Ice Cream
- 1 cup Chickoos puree
- 1 cup Chickoos chopped
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1 cup Milk powder
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
Method
- Combine milk powder, powdered sugar, milk, cream and chickoo puree in a blender jar and blend well.
- Pour the blended mixture into a silicon or ice cream mould and add chopped chickoo on top. Cover and freeze for 8-10 hours.
- Scoop and serve.
