Ingredients list for Chicken and Artichoke Pizza

  • ¾ cup Chicken boiled, shredded
  • 100 grams Artichoke tinned
  • as required Pizza dough readymade
  • for dusting Refined flour (maida)
  • For topping Pesto sauce
  • 8-10 Garlic cloves sliced, fried
  • 6-7 Green olives pitted, sliced
  • 6-7 Black olives pitted, sliced
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns
  • to taste Salt
  • 10-12 Basil leaves
  • 50 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • to sprinkle Olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 180° C. Dust a baking tray with some flour.
  2. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and knock back to release excess air. Roll out into a square sheet.
  3. Place the sheet on the dusted tray and dork using a knife. Spread pesto sauce all over the surface and top with artichoke, chicken, garlic, green olives and black olives. Sprinkle crushed peppercorns, and salt on top.
  4. Place few basil leaves, grate mozzarella cheese and drizzle olive oil on top. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Cut into wedges and serve.
