Ingredients list for Chicken and Artichoke Pizza
- ¾ cup Chicken boiled, shredded
- 100 grams Artichoke tinned
- as required Pizza dough readymade
- for dusting Refined flour (maida)
- For topping Pesto sauce
- 8-10 Garlic cloves sliced, fried
- 6-7 Green olives pitted, sliced
- 6-7 Black olives pitted, sliced
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- to taste Salt
- 10-12 Basil leaves
- 50 grams Mozzarella cheese
- to sprinkle Olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C. Dust a baking tray with some flour.
- Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and knock back to release excess air. Roll out into a square sheet.
- Place the sheet on the dusted tray and dork using a knife. Spread pesto sauce all over the surface and top with artichoke, chicken, garlic, green olives and black olives. Sprinkle crushed peppercorns, and salt on top.
- Place few basil leaves, grate mozzarella cheese and drizzle olive oil on top. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
