Ingredients list for Chhenar Payesh
- 1/2 cup Chenna
 - 1 litre Skimmed milk
 - 1/2 cup Sugar
 - 5-6 Almonds blanched peeled and chopped
 - 7-8 Pistachios blanched peeled and chopped
 
Method
- Boil milk, reduce heat and let it simmer till reduced to half the original quantity. Add sugar and cook till it dissolves. Mash chenna in a bowl. Add it to the milk. Simmer for two minutes. Garnish with nuts and serve cold.
