Ingredients list for Cheesy Banana Puffs
- 1 cup Processed Cheese
 - 4 Ripe Banana mashed
 - 1 cup Wheat flour
 - 1/2 cup Refined flour (maida)
 - 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
 - to taste Salt
 - to taste Black pepper powder
 - 2 tablespoons Yogurt
 - 5 tablespoons Castor sugar (caster sugar)
 
Method
- Knead together bananas, wheat flour, refined flour, cumin powder, salt, black pepper powder, yogurt, castor sugar and a little water into stiff dough. Cover and set aside for two to three hours.
 - Divide both the dough and the cheese into eight portions. Stuff each portion of dough with a portion of cheese and roll out into a puri. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the puris in hot oil till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
