Ingredients for Chaandi Ke Moti Recipe

  • Almond powder 1 1/2 cups

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Silver warq 4-6 Sheets


Step 1

Cook sugar and one cup of water together till the syrup reaches a three-thread consistency. Remove from heat and add powdered almonds stirring continuously.

Step 2

If necessary add one tablespoon of water and keep stirring till the mixture cools a little. Knead lightly to make a soft dough.

Step 3

Divide into equal portions to make marble sized balls and coat with silver varq. Arrange each silver coated ball on individual toothpicks and serve.
