Ingredients list for Candied Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup Sesame seeds (til)
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon powder
Method
- Heat ½ cup water in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and cinnamon powder, stir and bring to a boil.
- Add sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds and cook till the liquid evaporates and leaves a syrup-like coating on the seeds, stirring continuously.
- Transfer the mixture onto a silicon sheet and separate the seeds with a fork. Set aside to cool for 15 minutes.
- Serve or store it in an air tight container.
