Ingredients for Canapes Supreme Recipe

  • Canape cups 12

  • French beans chopped 5-6

  • Carrot chopped 2

  • Shelled green peas 3 tablespoons

  • Hung yogurt chilled 1 cup

  • Apple peeled and chopped 1

  • Canned pineapple chopped 1 slice

  • Salt to taste

  • Sugar 1/4 teaspoon

  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon


Step 1

Blanch the French beans, carrots and peas.

Step 2

Mix together the hung yogurt, apple, pineapple, salt, sugar and black pepper powder in a bowl.

Step 3

Fill each canapé with the mixture and serve immediately.
