Ingredients list for California Pista Pasta Salad

  • 1/4 cup Pistachios coarsely chopped
  • 1 cups Pasta boiled
  • 2 medium Tomatoes chopped
  • 6-8 Baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • For dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • a pinch Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder

Method

  1. Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing in a large bowl. Add the pasta to the dressing and toss to mix.
  2. Add the tomatoes, spinach leaves and pistachios and mix well. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese powder and serve.
