Ingredients list for Cabbage Patra
- 1 medium Cabbage
- 4 medium Potato peeled
- 1 cup Green peas boiled and peeled
Method
- Separate cabbage leaves and blanch them in boiling water till soft.
- Mix potatoes, green peas, green chillies, fennel seeds, salt, lemon juice, sugar, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder.

- Allow to cool and slice. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves. Pour this tempering on cabbage patra and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
