Ingredients for CREPES WITH FRUITS - skk Recipe

  • Refined flour 1 cup

  • Medium orangres separated into segments 2

  • Medium kiwis peeled and cut into wedges 2-3

  • Eggs 2

  • Milk 1 1/2 cups

  • Salt to taste

  • Maple syrup for drizzling

Method

Step 1

Break eggs into a bowl, add milk and salt and whisk well.

Step 2

Sift flour into the bowl and whisk well to make a smooth and thin batter.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter, spread into a crepe and let the underside cook. Place some of the fruits on one side and fold the crepe into half and fold again to make a triangle. Make more crepes in the same way.

Step 4

Place the crepes on individual serving plates, drizzle maple syrup on top and serve hot.
