Ingredients list for C C Mushroom
- 5-6 Mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cream Cheese
- 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Corn kernels
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons Cream
- 8 small Bread rolls
Method
- Preheat an oven to 180°C.
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan, add the mushrooms and sauté for five to ten minutes or until crisp.
- Add the cream cheese, corn kernels and onion and mix well.
- Add salt, black pepper powder and enough cream to soften. Mix well.
- Toast bread rounds on one side. Spread the mushroom mixture on the untoasted side of the bread rounds.
- Arrange the bread rounds on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven until puffy and lightly golden.
- Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
