Ingredients list for Buttermilk Pannacotta with Strawberry
- 1 cup Strawberry crush
- Buttermilk
- 3 cups Buttermilk
- 1 cup Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin
Method
- Heat cream in a non stick pan, add sugar, mix well and cook till sugar melts. Remove from heat. Heat 2 tbsps water in microwave. Take gelatin in a bowl and add warm water and stir till it dissolves.
- Pour buttermilk into a bowl, add strawberry crush and whisk well. Add sweetened cream, little by little, and mix well. Add dissolved gelatin and mix again. Strain the mixture into another bowl.
- Pour the mixture into individual stemmed glasses or shot glasses and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or till set.
- Serve chilled.
