Ingredients
- 8-10 garlic cloves
- 1 cup yogurt , whisked
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
Method
- Peel garlic cloves, smash them with the back of a knife and mince them.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Take the pan off the heat. Strain through a strainer into a bowl.
- Take yogurt in another bowl, add black salt, salt, red chilli powder and add ¾ of the fried garlic and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with the remaining fried garlic and serve.
