Ingredients list for Bruschetta
- 1 French bread
- for drizzl Olive oil
- 10-12 Garlic cloves chopped
- 10-12 Cherry tomatoes cut into halves
- 4-5 Black olives pitted
- 4-5 Green olives pitted
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
- 8-10 + for Basil leaves
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
Method
- Slice bread diagonally, drizzle some olive oil and add garlic on top.
- Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the bread garlic side down on it and toast till done. Flip, drizzle some more olive oil and toast till the other side is also evenly done.
- Combine cherry tomatoes, black olives, green olives, mozzarella cheese, roughly torn basil leaves, salt, crushed peppercorns in a bowl and mix well. Drizzle some more olive oil and mix well.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on each toasted bread.
- Place the prepared bread on a serving dish, garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
