Ingredients
- 2 cups hung yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 medium banana, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 medium red apple, deseeded and cut into small pieces
- Cornflakes as required
- Chopped pistachios as required
- Slivered almonds as required
Method
- Mix together hung yogurt and honey in a bowl and fill a piping bag with it.
- Pipe out some yogurt-honey mixture, 1 tablespoon banana, 1 tablespoon apple in individual serving cups. Again pipe out some hung yogurt-honey and put 2-3 tablespoons cornflakes on top.
- Put with some pistachios and almonds on top. Pipe out some yogurt-honey and drizzle some honey on top.
- Serve garnished with some pistachios.
