Ingredients for Breakfast Yogurt Cups Recipe

  • Hung yogurt 2 cups

  • Honey 2 tablespo for drizzling

  • Ripe banana small pieces 4 tablespoons

  • Red apple small pieces 4 tablespoons

  • Cornflakes as required

  • Pistachios chopped as required

  • Almonds slivered as required

Method

Step 1

Take hung yogurt in a bowl, add honey and mix well. Fill this mixture into a piping bag.

Step 2

Pipe out some of this mixture into each serving cup, top with 1 tablespoon banana and 1 tablespoon apple. Pipe out some more hung yogurt-honey over the fruits and top with 2-3 tablespoons cornflakes, pistachios and almonds.

Step 3

Pipe out some yogurt-honey over the dried fruits and drizzle some honey on top.

Step 4

Serve immediately garnished with some pistachios.
