Ingredients list for Breakfast Shake
- 4 Ripe bananas
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 4 slices Tinned pineapple
- 500 millilitre Pineapple juice
- 4 tablespoons Strawberry crush
- 2 cups Crushed ice
Method
- Peel bananas, break into smaller pieces and put into a blender jar. Add yogurt. Roughly chop pineapple slices and add.
- Add pineapple juice, strawberry crush and blend till smooth.Add ice and blend once again.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve chilled.
