Ingredients list for Black Currant Lassi
- 1 cup + for garnishing Black currant crush
- 4 cups Yogurt chilled
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- as required Crushed ice
Method
- Blend together the black currant crush, yogurt, sugar and crushed ice in a blender till smooth. Pour the lassi in four glasses. Garnish with a swirl of black currant crush and serve chilled.
