Keep the cob on a twelve inch x twelve inch square size aluminium foil, sprinkle salt, smear butter and lemon juice on the cob. OR Keep the cob on a twelve inch x twelve inch square size aluminium foil. Sprinkle salt, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, brown sugar and smear butter and lemon juice. Wrap the aluminium foil around the cob and twist the end of foil like a toffee. Place the cobs on live charcoal on a barbecue and cook for fifteen minutes. Open the foil and serve hot.
