Ingredients list for Berry Beet Smoothie

  • 1 medium Beetroot boiled, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup Blueberries fresh
  • ½ cup Strawberries fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Thick yogurt
  • ½ cup Almond milk unsweetened
  • for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Blend together blueberries, strawberries, beetroot, honey, yogurt and almond milk till smooth. Add more milk, if required, to adjust consistency.
  2. Pour into 4 individual glasses, garnish each glass with a mint sprig and serve chilled.
