Ingredients
- 4-5 medium beetroots, boiled, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (til), roasted
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- 5-6 curry leaves
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves and sauté for a minute.
- Add beetroots, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well. Add garam masala powder and sesame seeds and toss well.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
