Ingredients
- 25-30 fresh basil leaves
- 15-20 walnuts
- 100 grams parmesan cheese powder
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 6-8 black peppercorns
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley sprigs chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Put walnuts, parmesan cheese, garlic and black peppercorns in a blender jar and blend into a coarse paste.
- Add parsley, basil leaves and olive oil, blend to a fine paste. Add salt and mix well.
- Transfer the paste into a bowl and use as required.
