Ingredients list for Basil Tomato Mozzarella Skewers
- 8-10 Basil leaves
- 8-10 Cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams Mozzarella cheese cut into medium cubes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- 2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
Method
- Put cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes, salt, crushed peppercorns, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a bowl and mix. Add basil leaves and mix well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Skewer a mozzarella cube, basil leaf and cherry tomato onto each toothpick.
- Serve.
