Ingredients list for Banana Delight
- 8 Elaichi bananas
- 8 slices Vanilla sponge trimmed
- 4 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Mixed nuts chopped
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Tutti frutti
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Icing sugar
- 4 pieces Dry fruit chikki ground
Method
- Heat a non stick grill pan on medium heat. Place the cake slices on it and grill till slightly crisp. Set aside.
- Peel the elaichi bananas and halve them vertically. Place them on the grill pan. Sprinkle sugar over them and grill till the sugar caramalises and the bananas turn a light golden brown.
- Dry roast the cashewnuts, almonds and raisins in a non stick pan on low heat. Add honey and tutti fruitti and mix well. Add bananas to this mixture and mix gently.
- Place the bananas on the cake slices and sprinkle cocoa powder, icing sugar and the ground chikki over them. Serve immediately.
