Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Take refined flour, whole wheat flour, salt and carom seeds in a parat. Add the hot oil and sufficient water and knead to stiff dough. Divide the dough into equal medium sized portions. Grease the worktop with a little oil, place a portion of dough and roll out into thin sheet. Cut the sheet into long strips vertically. Further make horizontal cuts on the sheet to make small squares. Similarly make more squares with the remaining dough portions. Transfer the small squares on a baking tray. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Bring the tray out of the oven and cool down to room temperature.
