Ingredients list for Baked Cheese
- ½ cup Feta cheese
- 1 cup Cream cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 Baguette
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon Chives finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 Cherry tomatoes
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Grind together feta cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, crushed peppercorns, chives, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in an electric food processor to a smooth mixture. Spread the mixture on an oven proof plate and place cherry tomatoes on top.
- Place the plate in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.
- Diagonally slice the baguette and place on a baking tray. Place the tray in the preheated oven and toast for 5 minutes.
- Garnish the cheese with a fresh parsley sprig and serve with toasted baguette slices.
