By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Feta cheese, Cream cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Baked Cheese ½ cup Feta cheese 1 cup Cream cheese ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated 1 Baguette 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 tablespoon Chives finely chopped 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon Olive oil 3 Cherry tomatoes Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Grind together feta cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, crushed peppercorns, chives, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in an electric food processor to a smooth mixture. Spread the mixture on an oven proof plate and place cherry tomatoes on top. Place the plate in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes. Diagonally slice the baguette and place on a baking tray. Place the tray in the preheated oven and toast for 5 minutes.
