Ingredients list for Atte Ka Halwa

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour coarsely ground
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1/3 cup Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Heat 3 cups water in a deep non-stick pan.
    Heat ghee in another non-stick pan.
  2. Add sugar free to the hot water and stir for 2 minutes.
    Add atta to hot ghee and sauté, stirring continuously, for 8-10 minutes or till lightly browned.
  3. Add sugar free syrup and stir.
    Add green cardamom powder and cook, stirring continuously, till thick.
  4. Add more hot water if required.
    Serve hot.
