Ingredients
- 3-4 medium apples peeled and cut into small cubes
- 6 tablespoons walnuts broken + a few for garnish
- 2½ cups yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan. Add apples, sugar and walnuts and mix well and let the mixture caramelize.
- In the meanwhile, take yogurt in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt and mix well.
- Chill the yogurt in the refrigerator.
- Once the apples and walnuts are caramelized, transfer them onto a plate and let them cool down to room temperature.
- Add apple and walnut mixture to the chilled yogurt and mix well.
- Serve chilled, garnished with walnuts.
