Ingredients list for Apple Soya Shake
- 3 Apple
- 2 cups Soya milk
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tsp + for sprinkling Cinnamon powder
- as required Ice cubes
- for garnish Apple slices
Method
- Core the apples and cut into small cubes.
- Place the apple cubes, sugar, one teaspoon cinnamon powder, soya milk and ice cubes in a blender jar. Blend well.
- Pour the drink into individual glasses, sprinkle some cinnamon powder and garnish with apple slices.
- Serve chilled.
