Ingredients list for Anokhee Sev Puri
- 14-15 Puris
- 1/2 cup Sprouted Green gram
- 1 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Potato boiled peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons Green chutney
- 2 tablespoons Tamarind chutney
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander chopped
- 1/4 cup Sev
Method
- Mix green gram along with tomato, onion and potato.
- Add in both chutneys along with salt, lemon juice, roasted peanuts and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Place the mixture on the puris and garnish it with sev and serve immediately.
