Ingredients list for Ande Ka Sheera
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Rawa
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Lower the heat add milk and bring it to boil.
- Add eggs and stir continuously till the mixture thickens.
- Add sugar and green cardamom powder and cook till the sugar dissolves.
- Serve hot.
