Ingredients list for Ambyacha Sheera

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 teaspoon Mango pulp
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Mango pulp


  1. Heat the ghee in a kadai and roast the semolina till light brown.
  2. Add the sugar, milk and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, till the sugar dissolves and the mixture attains the consistency of halwa.
  3. Add the mango pulp and elaichi powder and mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and serve hot.
