By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium potatoes, Samo Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Aloo Fingers 2 Medium potatoes boiled and peeled 1 cup Samo cooked 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste to taste Rock salt (sendha namak) 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons Amaranth flour to deep fry Oil to serve Green chutney Method Take cooked samo in a bowl, add ginger-green chilli paste, rock salt, coriander leaves and amaranth flour. Grate the potatoes into the bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into medium sized finger. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, slide in the aloo fingers and deep fry on high heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
