Ingredients list for Almond Mocha Ice Cream
- ½ cup Roasted almonds chopped
- 3 tablespoons Coffee powder
- 1½ cup Fresh cream
- 1 cup Milk powder
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Cocoa powder
- ¾ cup Powdered sugar
Method
- Heat cream in a deep non-stick pan till just warm. Add milk powder and mix till well combined.
- Switch off heat, add milk and whisk till the mixture is smooth. Set aside.
- Grind together ¼ cup almonds, cocoa powder, coffee powder and powdered sugar to a coarse powder.
- Add the cream mixture and grind well.
- Sprinkle some of the remaining almonds at the base of an airtight container. Pour the mixture over and sprinkle remaining almonds on top. Cover and freeze for 8-10 hours.
- Serve.
